Três Vozes Menus · for restaurants in the Algarve

A menu your guests can actually read. In Portuguese, English and German.

We turn your menu into a fast mobile page in three languages. Guests scan the QR code on the table and choose in their own language. You also get a version that's ready to print.

The problem with the menu on the table

Many of your guests don't speak Portuguese. At the table, the menu is the only thing that tells them what they can order.

01

Tourists can't read the menu

Lingueirão, xerém or cataplana mean nothing to visitors. So they order what they already know, or ask your staff dish by dish, right in the middle of the rush.

02

Machine translation does damage

An odd translation makes a good dish sound suspicious and costs trust. Guests rarely order a dish they don't understand.

03

Allergen questions, in several languages

EU Regulation No 1169/2011 requires allergen information to be available for non-prepacked food too, such as the dishes a restaurant serves. Explaining it in three languages isn't easy.

Frequently asked questions

How do I change a price or a dish?

Send us a message by email or WhatsApp with the change. We update all three languages and let you know when it's online. Small changes are included in the 9 € per month, with no limit.

What about allergens?

EU Regulation No 1169/2011 requires information on the 14 allergens to be available for dishes served in restaurants too. If you send us that information, we show the allergens for each dish in all three languages. We don't guess allergens or work them out from recipes: the restaurant is responsible for the data. If you don't have it in writing, the menu tells guests to ask your staff. This is not legal advice.

Do I need a website?

No. The menu works on its own, through the QR code. If you already have a website, you can link to the menu from there.

Who writes the translations?

The texts are written for each audience, not translated word by word. The German is checked by a native speaker. Typical dishes such as cataplana or xerém keep their Portuguese name, with a short explanation.

What if I don't like the preview?

You pay nothing and there's no commitment. We delete the preview.

What if I cancel the monthly plan?

You can cancel any month. The online page goes offline and the QR code stops working, but you keep the print version and all the texts in the three languages.

Want to see your menu in three languages?

Send us the restaurant's name and your current menu (link, PDF or photo). We'll prepare a free preview and reply in Portuguese, English or German.
